We are searching for a talented architect (registered) who will be 
>> assisting us for all the legal part of a project (building 
>> application etc) as well as giving us input as far as the Thai 
>> construction is concerned and in site supervision. 

>> This person should have good skills in design understanding and have 
>> at least five years of experience in construction, estimation and 
>> bill of quantities. 

>> We are not expecting that this person will design the project, being 
>> already two architects for that, but we see this as maybe a first 
>> step for other projects where even design can be shared.
