Position: SENIOR ARCHITECT (CONCEPTUAL)
Qualifications:-
• Strong in concept development for hospitality and residential project.
• Creative and independent yet a good team player.
• Strong presentation skills essential.
• Work independently and display your own design and problem solving
ability.
• Able to start work within short notice.
Position: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER (CONCEPTUAL)
Qualifications:-
• Posses strong design flair.
• Creative and good in detail drawings.
• An interest in both heritage & contemporary Interior Architecture
with an
ability to draw or presentation in 3D, an advantage.
Position: SENIOR LANDSCAPE DESIGNER (CONCEPTUAL)
Qualifications:-
• Minimum of 5 years of regional experience in designing hard and soft
landscaping from Master Planning through to physical implementation.
• Proven skills in the preparation of design / construction scopes of
work,
specifications and knowledge in plants / shrubs suitable for
landscaping in the region,
irrigation is essential.
Position: ARCHITECT (DESIGN DEVELOPMENT)
Qualifications:-
• Working from design stages onwards working closely with the design team.
• Strong design development, coordination and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Position: INTERIOR DESIGNER (DESIGN DEVELOPMENT)
Qualifications:-
• Working from design stages onwards working closely with the design team.
• Strong design development, coordination and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Position: LANDSCAPE DESIGNER (DESIGN DEVELOPMENT)
Qualifications:-
• Ability to take on Projects from Client Liaison to Documentation
Site Visits,
Produce Tender Documentation, Cost Estimation and Manage Quality
Assurance
Procedures.
Position: AUTO CAD DRAFTMAN (8 Positions)
• 2 Positions for Architect Division
• 2 Positions for Landscape Architect Division
• 2 Positions for Interior Design Division
• 2 Positions for Construction Division
Qualifications:-
• Male / Female, Age at least 25 years old, Thai Nationality
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related fields
• At least 3 years’ experiences as Auto CAD Operator/Draftsman of
position
as per division would be advantage.
• Must be excellent in AutoCAD (Version 2006) and Technical drawing.
